Man wanted in armed robbery possibly travelling to Manitoba

SYLVAN LAKE – RCMP have laid charges against a 30-year-old man believed to be responsible for robbing a Sylvan Lake Booster Juice, but say he is still at large.

Investigators say Kevin Gray Taylor used a large knife to rob the store on September 16th.

He is believed to be armed and dangerous and often travels between Alberta and Manitoba. RCMP say do not approach Taylor or his vehicle if seen.

  • 200lbs
  • brown hair
  • blue eyes
  • known to be driving a 2000 Black 4 door Chevrolet Impala with Manitoba license plate HAC 387
  • one of window on the driver side of the vehicle is likely missing

Taylor has been charged with the following:

  • Robbery – with an offensive weapon (knife)
  • Uttering threats to cause bodily harm
  • Wearing a Disguise with intent to commit an offence

The RCMP is asking the public to be on the lookout for Taylor and to call Sylvan Lake RCMP 403-858-7200 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477 with any tips.
