REGINA – Reginans are learning a bit more about a new liquor store opening its doors in the Queen city in the spring of 2015.
Sobeys announced their second liquor store in Saskatchewan will be opening at the former Silver’s Steakhouse, located directly west of Sobeys Rochdale at 1060 Pasqua Street N.
“We’re excited to bring a liquor store experience to Regina that is all about convenience, selection, service and letting customers discover something new,” said Brent Newman, Vice President, Community and Liquor Operations, Sobeys West.
“Customer feedback on our new store in Saskatoon has been extremely positive, and we expect the same response in Regina.”
The Regina store will feature a 360 degree tasting bar, a 2,000 square foot walk-in cooler, and an extensive selection of craft beer, wine, and spirits.
Customers will also be able to collect Air Miles reward miles on their purchases.
Sobeys opened its first liquor store in Saskatoon on September 12, 2014.
