SASKATOON – A stand-off on the west-side of Saskatoon early Thursday morning has ended peacefully.
A man was threatening self-harm, forcing police to restrict traffic on 22nd Street between Confederation Drive and Avenue W.

There were fears a firearm was involved.
Police were able to resolve the situation just before 6 a.m.
The man has been taken into custody and no injuries were reported.
Most of the traffic restrictions in the area have now been lifted.
