WINNIPEG: Winnipeg police say they arrested four males in a sex-trade sweep that also lead to the discovery of three at-risk youth.
“Project Return” is a joint project between police and outreach workers to help locate youth who are at ‘high-risk’ of being sexually exploited.

26 addresses were searched during the sweep yesterday which lead to the discovery of three youth.
Four males were also arrested for allegedly communicating for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.
Police say one of the men was 83.
