A man and woman are facing fraud charges after RCMP officers raided a north Langley home.

The fraud investigation started in June after community mail boxes in Walnut Grove were hit by thieves.

In July, the RCMP organized crime unit executed a search warrant seizing items believed to have been acquired through fraud.

32-year-old Giovanni Michael Aiello and 36-year-old Nicole Maria McGregor are facing fraud and identity theft charges.

Police seized more than 13,000 credit card numbers and personal identity information for people with no connection to the home along with counterfeit government ID documents.

RCMP also recovered a Canada Post uniform during the raid.

Officers say many of the alleged victims had no idea they were targeted.
