HALIFAX – There’s been another collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in Halifax.

A 54-year-old man was hit in a marked crosswalk last night at the intersection of Main Avenue and Titus Street.

He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The driver, a 73-year-old man, was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.

On Sunday, an 81-year-old woman died from injuries sustained when she was hit by a vehicle the day before on Williams Lake Road.

Police say she was also in a marked crosswalk at the time.
