NORTH BATTLEFORD, Sask. – A woman has been charged after two children were assaulted in North Battleford, Sask.
Mounties say they received a report on Friday that two children under the age of 12 had been assaulted.
The investigation led police to lay two charges of assault against a 33-year-old woman.
She has been released from custody and will appear in court at a later date.
Her name is not being released to protect the identity of the children.
There is no word if the children were injured or if they are now in the care of child welfare authorities.
