Darian Durant’s injury will keep him out at least one week

REGINA – Saskatchewan Roughriders quarterback Darian Durant will not be playing against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Sunday after injuring his arm in yesterday’s win over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Durant arm was injured in the second half when Winnipeg Blue Bombers defensive end Bryant Turner hit the Riders quarterback on a dead play.

Riders Head Coach met with the media in Regina on Monday morning and said that Durant is able to rotate his arm, but they won’t know the extent of the injury until the star quarterback sees a doctor later this afternoon.

Tino Sunseri will get the start for the Riders when they travel to Hamilton on Sunday.
