SASKATOON – SaskTel is reminding people to call before digging after a severed cable in the area of Warman, Sask. causes problems for its customers.

As of Monday afternoon, there is a cut cable affecting landlines, Internet and cell services from Warman to Rosthern.

SaskTel says crews are en route to begin repairs.

An estimated time of repair is unknown at this time.

The Saskatoon Health Region is advising people in need of transport during a medical emergency to proceed to one of medical facilities listed below.

Rosthern Hospital, Good Will Manor in Duck Lake, Lake View Pioneer Home in Wakaw and Cudworth Nursing Home and Health Centre can all arrange an ambulance.
