“We’ve been hard at this investigation for several months now, and we believe there may be more than one suspect involved,” said Staff Sgt. Terry Innes, of the EPS Arson Section.
“We’re hopeful that a member of the public, who might see this video footage, may come forward with information regarding suspects.”
The fire caused $6 million in damages to the Essence at Windermere South condo development, which was under construction at the time.
Emergency crews were called to the development, located near 10 Avenue and 173 Street southwest, around 3:30 a.m. on March 15.
Roughly 12 fire trucks and 50 firefighters responded.
