Three teenage boys were arrested Friday morning after the Winnipeg Police Service found them riding on alleged stolen bicycles.
They were in the area of St. Mary’s Road and Ward Avenue.
It was discovered overnight that the boys went to various locations throughout the St. Vital to River Park area and stole property from several vehicles, yards and an unknown garage.
The three boys, 12, 13 and 16 years old, all from Winnipeg have been charged with several theft related offences for their alleged involvement.
Some of the areas where the thefts from vehicles were confirmed include:
- 1st 100 block of Hirt Crescent
- 200 block of Barlow Court
- 600 block of John Forsyth Road
- 1st 100 block of Yachts Cove
- 1st 100 block of Paddington Road
The boys were all detained in custody and the investigation still continues.
