Fair at the PNE opens its doors today

The PNE will open up for the first day of the Fair later this morning.

For some people, the 17-day long celebration is all about the food.

Others line up for the chance to take in amazing performances or new exhibits.

The Game of Thrones display is expected to be very popular this year.

With nearly 1,000 original artifacts, fans can sit on the Iron Throne and take part in the interactive Oculus Rift 4 D Experience.

Global BC will be down at the PNE again this year.

We have a tent set up across from the beer gardens leading into Playland.
