CALGARY – RCMP say alcohol is believed to be a factor in a collision west of Cochrane on Sunday.
It happened on Highway 1A around 8:30 p.m.

Officials say a motorcycle crossed the centre line, hitting a pickup truck.
The driver and passenger on the motorcycle were airlifted to the Foothills Hospital in Calgary in serious, possibly life-threatening condition.
The driver of the pickup truck was not seriously hurt.
