City to resume mosquito fogging
The City of Winnipeg’s Insect Control Branch will resume mosquito fogging program Saturday, after an increase in mosquitoes in Winnipeg’s traps.
The city wide average trap count is 59, considered high.
Crews will spray several areas, including Kildonan Park, Elmhurst, Assiniboine Park, and Burrows.
The Adult Nuisance Mosquito fogging program will occur between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., weather permitting.
