CALGARY – The house that was the scene of Calgary’s worst mass murder has been put up for sale.
Five people were killed in a violent stabbing spree at a Brentwood house party on Tuesday, April 15th.
Zackariah Rathwell, 21, Jordan Segura, 22, Josh Hunter, 23, Kaitlin Perras, 23, and Lawrence Hong, 27, were celebrating the end of the school year when they were killed.

The two-storey home where the stabbings took place has been listed for $489,900 on realtor.ca.
It was built in 1961 and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The house is described as having tons of potential for the right person or investor.
“It has a few updates, but needs some work to turn it into the gem it can be.”
Matthew de Grood, 22, is charged with five counts of first-degree murder in connection to the deaths.
De Grood has been transferred to an Edmonton hospital to undergo another psychiatric assessment to determine if he can be held not criminally responsible for the murders.
He is expected to be back in court on August 29th.
