An upper ridge with warmer air will push in from the south this weekend bringing temperatures back up above seasonal by early next week.
Sunshine will be in the forecast over the weekend, and sun is also in the long range forecast as weather models are pointing to another blocking pattern that will set up over North America.
This type of blocking pattern, known as the Omega block, means that there is the possibility for very little change for at least several days starting this weekend.
So if you like hot and dry weather conditions – then you’re going to like the Omega block.
Saturday’s High: 21 to 30C
Sunday’s High: 24 to 33C
