VANCOUVER — Thirteen thousand people took to the trails of Stanley Park this morning, to take part in one of Vancouver’s biggest fundraisers. It was the 29th annual “Walk with the Dragon,” organized by the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation. Every year the foundation helps 180,000 people integrate into Canada, with support services such as language lessons, employment, counselling and health services.
