SASKATOON – Firefighters continue to deal with hot spots after an early morning fire in Saskatoon heavily damaged two homes.
Fire dispatchers received multiple calls at 3:40 a.m. of a house fire at 215 Adolph Way in the Sutherland neighbourhood.
Responding crews were alerted the fire had spread to a second house.
An aggressive attacked was started and a search of both homes found no one was inside either house.
Fire officials said everyone had evacuated the homes and smoke alarms did not alert the occupants of the fire.

No one was injured and damage is estimated between $700,000 and $800,000.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
