As a shortwave upper trough moved across our region yesterday, we had a bit more cloud and isolated showers to start the work week.

However today will be dry and hot again!
The upper ridge strengthens again today and will stay over our region for the next couple of days.
Temperatures will return back up to the mid 30’s for most areas today and tomorrow, however as the next upper trough moves in on Thursday evening, the chance of showers and cooler temperatures will return later in the week.
