Princeton man drowns

The body of a Princeton man who went missing on July 1 has been pulled from the Similkameen River.

Sixty-seven-year old Tom Tomusiak who suffered from dementia was reported missing on July 1 when he did not come return from a walk.

He had been attending activities at Princeton’s Centennial Pool that day and was last seen about 3 p.m. that afternoon.

Early the next day, July 2,  a body was located in the Similkameen River, which was identified as being the missing Princeton man.
