Weather update: Friday June 27th 5 am
There is a change in the weather pattern today as a system pushes into BC.
Expect a few showers this morning, but for the central and southern areas of the valley, the showers will ease in the afternoon.
Although there will be a few breaks of sun this weekend, a chance of showers will linger around on Saturday and Sunday, with the biggest shower potential for the Northern regions (Columbia, Shuswap, North Okanagan) and for areas near the mountains.
The weather will stay below seasonal this weekend but the outlook for Monday and Tuesday is a warming trend, and Canada Day will be sunny and summer-like!
Friday’s High: 17 to 23C
