WINNIPEG – A 21-year-old man who allegedly robbed a Domo Gas Bar on Wardlaw Avenue was already charged in two other robberies.
A man entered the Domo wearing a balaclava and armed with a knife on June 19. Police were called and said the suspect advanced on the officers, which forced one of them to shoot him. The suspect was taken to hospital in stable condition.
Police allege the same man is responsible for a robbery of a Domo on Academy Road on April 1 and the 7-11 on Marion Street on June 14.
Andrew Christopher Lebrun was arrested June 25 and charged with three counts of robbery.
