WINNIPEG – Three boys have been arrested after the tires were slashed on about 10 vehicles in St. James.

Residents of Belvidere Street and Bruce Avenue woke up Thursday to find their vehicles disabled by vandals.

One frustrated family said the vandals left them with no way to get their child to daycare and go to work.

The tires were slashed at around 2 a.m., police said.
