RCMP disrupt Ladysmith drug trade

Ladysmith RCMP say they’ve made several arrests and disrupted the illicit drug trade in the small Vancouver Island town.

Police say six adults — all Ladysmith residents — have been arrested.

Drugs purchased by undercover investigators included heroin, cocaine, meth and GHB.

RCMP say the investigation remains open and active.
