Two sisters and one of their boyfriends were killed inside a home on Sicard Street.
They were all in their teens or early 20s.
The 16-year-old suspect pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
The teen could be sentenced as an adult, which could mean life in prison with no parole for at least ten years.
The man’s 17-year-old accomplice pleaded not guilty. He is facing the same charges and will go on to a trial.
