FREDERICTON – The body of 39-year-old Mai Cashion was found in Fredericton’s Odell Park Saturday.
The Fredericton Police Force and York Sunbury Search and Rescue begun searching the park for Cashion, who was last seen Tuesday, early Saturday morning.
She was last seen near Smyth Street, close to the park.
The forensic unit and provincial coroner were called to an area of the park and taped it off.
“We do not believe her death to be suspicious and no more information is being released at this time,” a Fredericton Police spokesperson said in a release.
