WINNIPEG – A man was shot and wounded during a confrontation with police Thursday night outside a gas bar in the Osborne Village area.
It happened just before 9:30 p.m. near the Domo gas station at Donald Street and Wardlaw Avenue.

There are reports one person was taken to hospital after being shot in the arm. Police have not confirmed that officers fired shots nor provided details on the man’s injuries.
Officers blocked off Wardlaw to traffic.
