SASKATOON – Police are investigating reports of a suspicious man approaching children in Saskatoon’s College Park neighbourhood.
Police say on at least two occasions, children reported to their parents that they were approached in the area of Carleton Drive by an elderly man on a bicycle who tried to engage them in conversation.
The incidents were then reported to police.
The man is described as having white or grey hair and beard and riding a yellow bicycle. In one incident, he was reported to be wearing a blue ball cap, blue pants and black shoes.
Police are reminding parents and children to walk or play in pairs or groups, stay in well populated and well lit areas and to report suspicious activity immediately.
