WINNIPEG – RCMP say a young woman killed in a single vehicle crash in southern Manitoba was likely impaired by alcohol.
“Alcohol and speed are considered to be factors in the collision” on Provincial Road 206, south of PR 207 in the rural municipality of Tache, RCMP said in a news release.

A car left the road and flipped into a water-filled ditch at about 11 p.m. Monday. The 19-year-old driver from Lorette was killed; she was the only occupant of the car.
Her name wasn’t released.
