For the armchair athlete, Montreal boasts some of the country’s finest terraces from which to watch some World Cup soccer.

Grab an iced- latte at the Club Social in the Mile-end , or if you like to be in the thick-of-it-all, head out to L’Barouf for the France versus Honduras game starting at 3 pm. Rumour has it that French fans congregate there to catch all the action.

And somehow Father’s Day just wouldn’t be Father’s Day without a good old family BBQ to top it all off.
