VANCOUVER – The man who was caught on surveillance video attacking the owner of a Vancouver tattoo parlour has been sent to jail.
Thirty-one-year-old Byron Thomas Hobbs was arrested in late March after attacking the owner in a dispute over $15.
Hobbs pleaded guilty this week and was sentenced to six months in jail plus probation and a 10-year firearms ban.
