KELOWNA, B.C. – Details are unconfirmed, but RCMP, the B.C. Ambulance Service and the Kelowna Fire Department are on the scene of a farm accident where a man is said to have died.
The dispatch call to 911 described a man pinned under a tractor on Latta Road near McCurdy Road at a property called the Grape Patch.
When emergency crews arrived on the scene, they discovered the man had sustained severe trauma injuries and had possibly been under the tractor for as much as a half hour.
The B.C. Coroner Service has been called in to investigate.
