VANCOUVER – A distraught 23-year-old man is now in custody after barricading himself inside a suite in an Abbotsford apartment building.
The building is located on Bourquin Crescent, which was shut down between Robertson Avenue and South Fraser Way. Luckily the building had been evacuated because the man fired multiple rounds into neighbouring suites and into the roof.

He also threw objects, such as a computer, out the window.
A nearby preschool was also on lockdown as a precaution.
