UPDATE: The Missing Children Society of Canada says Shelby Orr has been found. A news release issued on June 4th says tips from the pubic led to her safe recovery.
CALGARY – RCMP are asking for help finding a missing teenager who is believed to be in the Calgary area.
16-year-old Shelby Orr has been missing since May 7th, 2014.
Police believe she’s trying to hide from them and her legal guardian.
RCMP are working with the Calgary Police Service to locate Orr as quickly as possible, as she is believed to be at great risk.
Orr is described as having hair dyed blonde with bottom layer dyed brown, blue eyes, being 165 cm tall and weighing 73 kg. She has a piercing in her left eyebrow
Police are asking that anyone with information about Orr contact them or call Athabasca RCMP at 1-780-675-4252.
