TORONTO – A three-vehicle collision on Highway 401 at Avenue Road leaves one person with serious but non life threatening injuries.
Two other drivers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The incident took place just before 7:00 a.m. this morning on the eastbound lanes of the 401.
One vehicle was rolled over onto its roof and two lanes were closed as a result of the accident, creating additional slowdown during the morning commute.
Those lanes have since been re-opened.
