CALGARY – Six restaurants in Calgary have been named on a list of the best in the country.
Vacay.ca released their third-annual Top 50 Restaurants in Canada Guide on Friday.
The list is determined by 54 food writers and industry professionals.

- 43. River Cafe
- 47. Market
- 49. Notable
- 50. Raw Bar by Duncan Ly
Among the judges this year were chefs Vikram Vij, Connie Desousa and Patrice Demers.
None of the judges could vote for restaurants they own or are employed by.
Montreal led all cities with 12 selections in the Top 50.
Toronto had 10 and Vancouver had seven.
In 2013, there were eight Calgary restaurants on the list.
