CALGARY – If you hate the hassle of trying on clothing in a cramped change room, this might make your next shopping experience more enjoyable.
CrossIron Mills has launched a virtual change station that allows shoppers to test out new outfits while still keeping their clothes on.
The Style Station is located between Forever XXI and La Senza in the ‘Ranch’ neighbourhood.
Users can try on clothing from several retailers in the mall, and can even mix and match tops, bottoms, accessories and shoes to see how they look on their silhouette.
Officials with the mall say the objective is to make it possible for customers to ‘try on’ articles of clothing from different stores in one place and see how it all fits together virtually.
Users get the impression they are actually wearing the clothes they choose – and if shoppers like the outfit they create, they can print off a list of where to find each item.
The Style Station is available at CrossIron Mills until June 30th, 2014.
