TORONTO — HELLO! Canada is celebrating good genes this week with its annual Most Beautiful Canadians list.
On the cover of the special issue is Vancouver actor Ryan Reynolds, who is heralded for his “screen-idol looks and sublime style” as well as his charm and generosity.
Fans of Canada’s other famous Ryan (Gosling) will be pleased to know he made the cut, too.

Drew and Jonathan Scott of Property Brothers are on the HELLO! Canada list — six months after being included in People‘s Sexiest Men Alive issue.
Among the Most Beautiful Canadians are ET Canada‘s Sangita Patel; Montreal actress Rachelle Lefevre of Global’s summer series Under the Dome; Alexander Ludwig of History’s Vikings; Chuck Hughes of Chopped Canada on Food Network; Scott McGillivray of HGTV’s Income Property; and Kiefer Sutherland of 24: Die Another Day.
HELLO! Canada is also recognizing the beauty of singers Jann Arden, Shania Twain, Celine Dion and Avril Lavigne; actresses Elisha Cuthbert, Tatiana Maslany, Zoie Palmer, Stana Katic, Ellen Page and Jessica Paré; rapper Drake; actors Joshua Jackson and Will Arnett; comedian Rick Mercer; and athletes Patrick Sharp and Tessa Virtue.
The special issue is being launched Thursday night at Toronto’s Shangri-La Hotel, where many of the Most Beautiful Canadians will walk the red carpet.
