Manslaughter charge in Dustin Boulet death

SASKATOON – A manslaughter charge has been laid in the death of Dustin Boulet.

Boulet was killed on March 1 after being stabbed during a fight outside the Cold Beer and Wine store attached to Bridges Ale House on 22nd Street.

His family said he had been out celebrating his 29th birthday and was trying to break up the fight.

Estevan Fuenzalida, 24, has now been charged with manslaughter and two charges of aggravated assault.

He was previously charged with accessory after the fact to second-degree murder and two counts of accessory after the fact to aggravated assault.

Fuenzalida will face the new charges at his next court appearance on June 11.

Nathan Joseph, 27, is charged with second-degree murder in Boulet’s death.
