REGINA – A Regina woman is facing charges after she allegedly assaulted a man, sending him to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
On Saturday police were called to a house in the 600 block of Garnett Street where they found a man suffering from a serious head injury.

After investigating the assault, police have charged 39-year-old Shelly Cynthia Okeehow with Aggravated Assault.
The 42-year-old victim remains in hospital with serious injuries.
Okeehow made her first court appearance on Monday morning.
