REGINA – It appears a Regina woman has been crowned Miss World Canada for the second straight year.
Annora Bourgeault was named Miss World Canada 2014 on Sunday. She follows the 2013 winner from the Queen City, Camille Munro.
“I am so thankful, shocked, and excited to tell all of you that I have been crowned Miss World Canada 2014!” Bourgeault wrote on her Facebook page. “I will never be able to express the gratitude I have for all of your support this past year on this journey, YOU ALL made this happen and for that I am truly thankful.”
Bourgeault says she’s pursuing an honours degree in psychology and her platform advocates for multiculturalism.
