CALGARY- The City of Calgary has come up with the perfect way for the whole family to celebrate Mother’s Day: a free round of golf.
On Sunday, all nine holes of the Richmond Green Golf Course will open for the season, and be free of charge.

If they wish, golfers can make a donation to the Kids on Course subsidy program when they check in at the clubhouse. The non-profit helps low-income children get out on the course, and also offers free programs and golf outings to schools and organizations like Boys and Girls Clubs.
Richmond Green Golf Course is located in southwest Calgary, just off Crowchild Trail near Marda Loop.
The weather on Sunday is forecast to be partly cloudy, with a high of 9°C.
