Comox Valley RCMP say they are very concerned about the safety of a woman missing for more than six months.
27-year-old Julie Strobach was last seen in the Braidwood area of Courtenay on October 31, 2013.

Police say extensive inquiries have so far failed to locate Strobach.
Strobach is described as white, 5’9″, 126 lbs., green eyes and with dyed bright red hair. Her natural hair colour is auburn.
She may have been carrying a pink-coloured backpack.
