Lower Sackville, N.S – Four people were transported to hospital on Saturday afternoon, following a brief car chase outside Halifax that ended in a crash.
Officers first noticed a vehicle travelling at a very high speed on Cobequid Road at around 12:30 p.m.
RCMP say officers activated their emergency equipment, and the vehicle crashed near the Ultramar gas station moments later.
According to police, two cars and a bicycle were involved in the crash. Four of the five people were transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
An RCMP traffic analyst is assisting with the investigation.
