Three new competitors will be showing off their colourful displays over Vancouver at this year’s Honda Celebration of Light fireworks festival.
The United States will present on July 26, followed by France on July 30 and Japan on August 2. The winner will be announced on August 4.

The Honda Celebration of Light attracts 400,000 to 500,000 people to English Bay and Sunset Beach each night.
The festival also features the Shore Fest concert series and entertainment for the whole family.
Vancouver city councillor Andrea Reimer says it’s an event the whole city looks forward to.
“On a summer night there really is no better place to be in the City of Vancouver.”
