SASKATOON – The family of Gregory ‘Myles’ MacIntosh is turning to crowdfunding to help pay for search efforts on South Saskatchewan River.

MacIntosh was reported missing on Feb. 2 when he failed to return home from his bachelor party.

Official believe he fell into the river after he was kicked off a pub crawl bus.

DNA testing has confirmed blood found on the ice by the river is MacIntosh’s.

A section of the river was searched last Friday using sonar technology in an effort to find his body.

Authorities now believe his remains have been swept downstream.

The family has set up a page on Fundrazr – bring Myles home – to help cover the expenses for volunteers from Grandmother’s Bay to resume the search.
