Saskatoon Transit adjusts University routes for summer

Saskatoon Transit will introduce its summer route schedule for buses to and from the University of Saskatchewan starting Sunday.

File / Global News

SASKATOON – University of Saskatchewan students have earned some time away from class, having completed final exams. This means fewer buses through campus until the fall semester.

Beginning Sunday, Saskatoon Transit will introduce its summer schedule, removing support routes. Services will resume on Sept. 2, 2014.

Route 21 University will be temporarily discontinued.

Also, Route 13 Lawson Heights and Route 13 Broadway will run less frequently.

Saskatoon Transit adds additional buses to support the higher volume of post-secondary students travelling to and from campus during the fall and winter terms.
