Regina Police seized firearms and ammunition from a vehicle this afternoon.
Just before 1 p.m. a witness tipped police off about three men suspiciously placing a long barreled firearm in their trunk in the 100 block of Hastings Crescent.

Police found the car within minutes heading north on McCarthy Blvd just north of 7th Avenue North.
The guns and ammunition were seized. One man was arrested on unrelated warrants. The other two people in the car were youths, and were released.
The investigation continues and charges are pending.
