Man, 21, injured in Fenwick Street break-in

HALIFAX – A 21-year-old man is recovering from minor injuries following a break-in at his Fenwick Street apartment

Around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, two men forced their way into the unit. Police said the suspects hit the resident with a chair leg, before leaving with cash and personal items.

The first suspect is described as a man in his 20s. Police said he has tanned skin, a medium build and short, dark hair. He was wearing a gray hoodie, dark jeans and sneakers.

The other man is said to be in his 20s. Police said he is white, with a slim build and short, blonde hair. He was wearing dark clothing and carrying a black knapsack.
