WINNIPEG – RCMP say they have taken down a sophisticated marijuana grow operation in the rural municipality of Brokenhead.
Police seized about 300 plants along with lighting and venting equipment, a police news release said.

Onofrio Romolo, 47, faces multiple charges, including producing and possessing a controlled substance.
He’s scheduled to make his first court appearance in Beausejour Provincial Court June 17.
